Here is some food for thought.......
People who make stuff up to impress everyone else really grinds my gears, think about it....
If you just have to make up shit to impress people, then you are fake. I know what I say is obvious, Let's get real, I am not impressed and never will be.
Another thing that really grinds my gears: People with high level positions who have no clue to what is going on in the company. It doesn't matter that they also run 6 other stores, still no clue whatsoever, They would rather spend more time writing people up than hear the whole story. then they decide to not keep employees in the loop, claiming they haven't heard anything, only to tell everyone at the last minute, leaving everyone else screwed. Really stupid!!
